  Dr. Dimmer was raised in West Branch, Iowa. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University and her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. She is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Society, Iowa Optometric Association, and American Optometric Association. Outside the office, Dr. Dimmer enjoys traveling, music, and spending time with friends and family.
